Coaching is a valuable investment of time, energy and money.
Business coaching is a process. It involves assessing the current issues, reviewing the objectives, discussing possible avenues to pursue and developing solutions to meet them. This, of course, takes time.
If you are considering hiring a coach you need to plan mentally and financially for an investment of a minimum of 10 hours of coaching or 3 months.
Coaching packages start from $300 per month. The fees vary. There are a number of different packages available depending on the frequency, the complexity of the project and length of coaching sessions. This is determined after I discuss individually with each of my clients their needs and what works best for them.
My clients are free to cancel at any time and to continue with me as their
coach for as long as they find coaching helpful.
After achieving initial results, many clients choose to continue working
with me simply because of the benefits that accrue from our working together. While the length of times vary, some of my clients have been we since I first started coaching in 2005.
Coaching takes place either face to face or via the phone.
