Persistance is a Virtue

Permanence, perseverance and persistence in spite of all obstacles, discouragements and impossibilities: It is this, that in all things distinguishes the strong soul from the weak. Thomas Carlyle.

The people who are good in the long run often stumble in the beginning. Sometimes more than once. We just don’t see their initial failures.

Failure is not fatal. On the road to ultimate success, failure is just another opportunity to learn from your mistakes, grow some more and to do better the next time.

Becoming good in the long run is the result of your effort, tenacity and executing smartly. It is also matter of being well prepared when the right opportunity comes along.

We may be living in the digital age when so much seems to happen at the speed of a tweet, but anything of real value always takes a long time. Have you ever noticed?

Have you made a conscious decision to improve your performance and live up to your full potential? Learn how at my 3RDAGEWorkshop. Need help moving on to what’s next and would like to work with me? Let’s chat. Text/Call 416.450.8867 or email drew@drewsimmie.com.
